Hello,
Again, I hate doing them, but there are necessary. So, here are a few rules for the roleplays (some are guidelines only, so don't worry!). Give 'em a quick read, and then you can be on your way!
1) Character wise, you may have 3 Canon Characters, and 3 Original Characters.
2) No God-Modding - This means that, if you wish, the characters can have fights, and be injured, but no fatal injuries. If I were to play Grissom, I couldn't kill Catherine, and vice versa. This also means you can't make a decision for another character. E.g. Again, if I were Grissom, I couldn't post: 'Grissom was late, and the perp shot and killed Catherine.' Or: 'Grissom couldn't be bothered with his paperwork, so made Catherine do it, which took her out of action for weeks.' This wouldn't be fair to Catherine, or the person playing her, would it?
3) Limit net speak - It's incrediable difficult to read 'lol, ne1 c dat ep of CSI last nite? Was well wkd!!!!' for anyone, let alone someone who isn't confident with English. Obviously, I don't want anyone to be too scared to stick the occasional 'lol' or 'rofl' in or whatever (I'd be in serious trouble if that were the case - lol ) but make sure posts are readable.
4) (Not Strict - Guideline) Paragraph preferred (I count paragraph as 3-4 lines - so sue me if it's wrong! ). But, I'm not saying you have to do 3-4 lines every posts. If the reply only needs a sentence, feel free to post a sentence. Really, it's whatever you feel like posting, as long as someone can easily reply to what you've written. Plus, 3rd person posting is easier to understand.
